Consulates often accept it, but that isn't guaranteed. If you can afford it, we recommend booking and paying for a fully refundable ticket yourself, so it stays active and can be checked on the airline's website.

The documents check, 24/7 consultation and cover and invitation letters are free. Our prices don’t include the visa centre’s service fee, the consular visa fee or travel insurance. When Consul Bot pays the visa centre fee or the insurance for you, it is added at cost to the same invoice, which you pay in the chat.

Your payment includes the visa centre fee and insurance, which we pay to them right away and which they don't refund. Our service is also delivered instantly. So we don't offer refunds, except in exceptional cases: for example, when something we prepared contained an error, or you did not receive your appointment, flight or hotel confirmation.
